Is there anywhere an alphabetical listing of letterboxes, regardless
of state? While reading through older messages on the list, I have
periodically found reference to a letterbox by name, but no
indication of state. From what I can tell at the LBNA site, I need
to locate the boxes by state.

Also, when naming new boxes, it would be helpful to have this to
avoid naming a box identical or similar to an existing box. This is
especially true for newcomers who have not seen and become familiar
with many of the letterbox names.
